1) Pay As You Go - Just phone us and book a convenient appointment for an engineer to visit your business premises. (See prices below).
2) Registration Contract - For a fixed fee you will receive remote technical support via phone and using state-of-the-art remote access software to fix your day to day IT problems. If it becomes necessary, an engineer will travel to your business site to resolve the issue. You will be charged for any time on site at the normal rates. We aim to respond within 4hrs and clear by end of next working day.
3) Full Support Contract - For a fixed agreed monthly fee per workstation printer and server, you will initially receive remote technical full support via phone to cure any problems using state-of-the-art remote access software and if necessary an engineer will travel to your business site to resolve the issue. We aim to respond within 2hrs and clear by end of next working day.
If you however, only need specific aspects of support, we can discuss and create a package that is "taylor-made" for you and your organization.
